Hi reader. I’ve gotten some feedback on the new blog and apparently, believe it or not, when some people see the word “twart”, they initially assume it must be a combination of the words “tweet” and “fart”. That doesn’t make any sense to me.
I’m sure those people are in the minority and most people know instantly that “twart” is “tweet” plus “dart”, not “fart”. Why would it be fart? Farts are known mainly for the way they smell and the way they sound, two attributes that my short blog posts do not have in any way. You can’t smell them or hear them. By contrast, they ARE sharp and well-aimed, like darts.
I’ve heard this from enough people that I felt the need to address it, but hopefully this is the last thing that needs to be said about it!
