Andy “Andrew” Daly was born in Westchester County, New York and raised in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He studied theater, screenwriting, volleyball, tennis and golf at Ithaca College and then moved to New York City where he did stand-up, sketch and improv and was one of the earliest students of The Upright Citizens Brigade when they arrived in New York. Andy was on the UCB Theater’s first house team, The Swarm, which was assembled and directed by Amy Poehler.
Since moving to Los Angeles, he has starred in and executive produced the Comedy Central series Review and has appeared in TV shows such as Veep, Eastbound & Down, Black-ish, The Good Place, The Office, Modern Family, Silicon Valley, The Who Was? Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live and Conan as well as the films Kimi, Semi-Pro and Yogi Bear. He recently produced his first film, Jules, starring Sir Ben Kingsley, Harriet Harris and Jane Curtin.
Andy has also been busy as a voice actor on Harley Quinn, Inside Job, Solar Opposites, Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, Big Mouth, Adventure Time, Rick & Morty, Big City Greens and The Great North.
He’s also a podcaster currently producing The Andy Daly Podcast Project, which includes Bonanas For Bonanza, for ComedyBangBangWorld.com.
Andy lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two daughters and two very good dogs.
