I went straight from Bono’s audiobook to John Ross Bowie’s audiobook, “No Job For a Man”. Oddly, they both say the exact same things about The Ramones. They really do. But there’s not too much overlap after that, except that Mikhail Gorbachev and Luciano Pavarotti also used to drop in on John unexpectedly. Sounds like it was a real problem.

But truly, you must check out John’s book. It’s funny smart and touching and, as someone who was present for some of the events described, a very accurate depiction of the past thirty years in the life of a professional actor and funnyman. Check it out, fool!
